One credit is a unit of research effort. A cited memo on Cyprus law costs between 2 and 20 of them, depending on how hard you ask the agents to work. Credits never expire, and a run that fails or comes back degraded is refunded automatically.

What a memo costs
You choose the effort when you ask the question. The same memo costs less the larger the pack you bought it with — €1.25 a credit on Trial, €0.80 on Firm.

- There is no monthly fee and nothing to cancel. What you buy stays on the account until you spend it.
- Failed runs are refunded
- A run that errors, times out, or comes back degraded releases its credits back to you automatically — you are charged for memos, not attempts.
- Prices include VAT
- The figure on the card is the figure you pay — VAT is calculated inside it, not added at the end. A VAT invoice is issued for every purchase, and you can enter your VAT number at checkout.
- Sold through Stripe
- Stripe is the merchant of record for credit purchases: it takes the payment, handles VAT, and issues the invoice. Card details are entered on Stripe’s own checkout and never reach our servers.
